Look out for my first cookbook
I'm turning the Jamaican recipes I developed while executive chef-ing at our B&B into a multi-platform cookbook. I'll share my progressive take on classic Jamaican flavors while highlighting uncommon ingredients and celebrating the delicious food of my heritage.
Think: sweet plantain pancakes with spiced maple caramel, stout-braised oxtail ragù over garlic mashed breadfruit, plus cocktails and countless desserts!

I'm bringing my recipes, travels, and tips to life with a food video series like no other. Since launching The Runaway, we've focused on the hyperlocal, sustainable and delicious. I'm ecstatic to finally be able to share all of our incredible experiences with a wider audience, beyond the intimate groups we've hosted.

There are few better ways to experience a culture than through its food and I have an insatiable appetite for it. Follow me as I return to some of our favorite places in the world, road trip across the US, and experience the most delicious culinary adventures.
Where's the next stop? Morocco! I'll be trekking through olive fields, collecting mountain herbs for Berber tea, and preparing traditional tagines and classic breads. Not to mention shopping for spices in the souks, sampling street foods, and dining under the desert stars.
